Visa Infinite Fast Pass does not extend to passport or customs control lines, as these areas are overseen by the Federal Police or other public inspection agencies.

Assistance with boarding followed by MEET&ASSIST monitoring
The Aero Service attendant will welcome the passenger in the car, assisting them with the luggage to the airline´s check-in counter, in the boarding pass process and the dispatch of the luggage. Our MEET&ASSIST agent will receive the customers, monitor their entry into the restricted area, will take you to the VIP lounge and set a time to meet you again and proceed to the aircraft boarding gate.

Assistance with disembarking with MEET&ASSIST support
The MEET&ASSIST agent will wait for passengers at the exit of the aircraft, accompany them to passport control, get off, remove luggage from the carousel, accompany them to customs and at the end deliver the passenger and their belongings to the car.

ROYAL FBO is an executive and auxiliary air transport service. We have several bases in Brazil and other countries, with our own hangar located in Asunción - Paraguay. In Royal Aviation Group, we understand that travel support is not limited only to confirmations by mail and expect everything to happen as planned, and that is why we act preventively and reactive. The “MEET & ASSIST - DOOR TO DOOR” service includes: 

Departure by land: the service is made from the vehicle door, assisting the passengers during check-in and immigration procedures to the lounge. When it is the boarding time, our collaborators assist the passengers to the boarding gate. 

Departure by air (private aircraft): the service is made from the door of the private aircraft, at the VIP terminal, to the passengers terminal, the transfer being made with our vehicles. Once the passengers arrive at the common terminal, our collaborators assist the passengers during check-in and immigration procedures to the lounge. When it is the boarding time, our collaborators assist the passengers to the boarding gate. 

Arrival by land: the service is made from the door of the finger, assisting the passengers during immigration and luggage claim procedures, to the vehicle’s door. 

Arrival by air (private aircraft): the service is made from the door of the finger, assisting the passengers during immigration and luggage claim procedures, to the private aircraft’s door, which can be by common terminal or executive terminal (Gate GRU). 

Transit: the service is made from the door of the finger, assisting the passengers during immigration and luggage claim procedures (if needed), assisting the passengers to the boarding gate of the next flight.
