GRU Airport offers incentives and discounts for airlines that want to start or expand operations at the airport.
The objective of the program is to stimulate the development of new destinations from GRU and the aligned growth with the airlines.

The proposed 2023-2025 Incentive Program is divided in two parts:
(i) Incentive A:
- New international airlines;
- New international routes;
- Off-peak operations.
(ii) Incentive B:
- Increase in the number of international passengers.
Airlines can only take advantage of the highest value between Incentives A and B, therefore, these values are not cumulative.
Airlines interested in joining the program must meet the minimum participation requirements described in the Incentive Program below, fill out the Registration Form and send a copy to incentivos@gru.com.br and the original copy to the GRU Air Business department, at the address:
